Wow this episode, actually all your episodes have so much great information. I really liked how you talked about how people that dabble in keto aren't getting the benefits from it and why. Omg I feel like that is my biggest problem. Now I understand why you can't go back and forth. I think I think this is my biggest problem. I will eat Keto for a week or so and then "cheat" do to an event which then turns into a cascade of days worth of cheating and then I will try to eat Keto again. Then the same thing will happen over and over. I have been doing this back and forth since September. I do understand I need to stick with it and I'm currently on Day 7 of eating Keto. So hopefully with the holidays being over now I can actually stick with it and become keto adapted. I don't think I have done it long enough to actually get keto adapted. Thanks so much for the great info!
